It is a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Villa for sale off of Palmetto Bay Road on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. The villa is located less than 2 miles from public beach access and right around the corner from Palmetto Bay Marina. It is very close to the Greenwood Sea Pines gate if you're familiar with the island. Since it is located on the south end of the island (shortly after you exit the Cross Island Parkway Toll bridge), it is very convenient to both north and south ends, as well as to anything off-island.

It is approximately 1,000 square feet and has a large great room, large master bedroom, and a smaller second bedroom. There is a full kitchen, complete with all appliances, including a newer stackable washer/dryer. There is a large balcony off of the great room that overlooks a tropical garden setting. The swimming pool is private and gated, accessible only with owner's key.

The monthly regime fee of $223 covers pool maintenance, all grounds maintenance, common areas, pest management, etc. Property insurance runs $438/quarter. I am asking $160K and am ready to sell. I have owned this unit for approximately 5 years and have used it as both a second home and as investment property.
